Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a

Maintenance Manager

to lead the electrical and mechanical reliability of our high-performance manufacturing plant. This role is central to ensuring uninterrupted operations in a demanding, continuous-production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all electrical and mechanical maintenance for machinery and facilities.

Develop, implement, and improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Optimize equipment reliability and uptime through predictive maintenance techniques.

Manage vendor and service-provider relationships.

Extend the lifecycle of critical production assets and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics

3–4 years of leadership experience as a

Maintenance Manager

in continuous manufacturing (mining, foundry, steel, or related heavy industry).

Strong proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems

(SAP preferred).

Proven experience with industrial machinery, electrical systems, and safety protocols.

Procedures for preventive maintenance on copper smelting furnaces.

Diagnosing excessive vibration issues in mills and crushers (tools, analysis methods).

Critical factors in maintenance planning during plant commissioning.

Use of predictive maintenance techniques (thermography, vibration analysis, ultrasound).

Hands-on work with VFDs, transformers, electric motors (low / medium voltage, three-phase).

Maintenance and diagnostics of generators, machine tools, and safety systems.

Defining and tracking key maintenance KPIs to evaluate departmental efficiency.
