Position : Structural Engineer

Location : Remote

Client : Commercial Building Developer

Responsibilities : Design structural civil layouts for buildings. This person will offer construction and design solutions to customers, utilizing AutoCAD to do metal designs. They will be responsible for ensuring building's integrity and safety, and making sure customers' needs are met by meeting agreed upon deadlines. The Structural Engineer will provide detailed quotes and proposals to customers for material costs and be able to answer customer questions and complete projects from start to finish.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree, Concentration in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture

AutoCAD design experience (Experience with RAM or RISA preferred)

5+ years of experience working with structural design

Knowledge of building codes and specifications

Ability to read construction drawings

PE license preferred
