A leading regional healthcare organization in Central New York is seeking a full-time Hospitalist (MD or DO) to join a collaborative inpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a community-based hospital with a balanced patient load, supportive leadership, and an emphasis on quality, teamwork, and work-life balance. Position Details

• Schedule : 7-on / 7-off, 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM
• Weekends : Included in schedule
• Call : None
• Patient Load : patients per day
• Team Census : patients collectively
• Environment : Open ICU with intensivist support (24 / 7 consultation available)
• Responsibilities :

Admit and manage hospitalized patients

Participate in daily rounds and coordinate with specialists

Respond to codes and rapid responses

Document care using EMR system (Paragon)

Work collaboratively in a physician-led hospitalist model
