MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT SWING TRUCK OPERATING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Swing Truck Operator to fill an opening with our client, a third-party logistics (3PL) company located in Houston, TX .

Schedule : 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be flexible with scheduling — may include overtime and occasional weekend work as required.

Requirements for Swing Truck Operator :

  • Minimum 1 year of recent swing truck operating experience
  • Ability to perform general warehouse and labor duties as needed
  • Willingness to learn and assist with the receiving portion of operations
  • Must be flexible with work schedule and shift changes
  • Reliable and safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in roles such as Turret Truck, Swing Reach Forklift, VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Truck, Raymond Swing Reach Operator, Order Selector Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, and Articulating Mast Forklift is a big plus!

    • Responsibilities for Swing Truck Operator :

  • Operate a swing truck safely and efficiently to move goods within the facility
  • Assist with loading and unloading trailers or containers
  • Perform general labor tasks such as palletizing, labeling, and staging inventory
  • Support the receiving team by checking, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures
