• As a District Manager at CR Fitness, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Crunch Fitness locations within your market.
• Your role is to drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and develop strong leadership teams that deliver exceptional member experience.
• You’ll spend the first six months mastering our systems and culture at the club level before transitioning into full multi-site leadership.

This is a high-impact role for a competitive, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing both people and business.   Key Responsibilities :
