Job Overview :

The Accounting Assistant will perform a variety of accounts receivable, accounts payable and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and data entry.

Responsibilities :

• Process, post and reconcile daily deposits
• Create daily invoices and credit memos
• Prepare, code and enter vouchers for payment
• Follow-up and update purchase orders
• Research and answer internal and external inquiries
• Maintain digital and paper filing systems
• Manage daily and monthly reports and submittals
• Providing support and assistance to other team members as needed
