For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Summary :

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

This is a 40 hour per week position at our Neurology office in Rockport, ME.

This position is fully onsite, no remote flexibility.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
• Additional Skills / Requirements Required : N / A
• Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Proficient computer skills.
