Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage client tickets in the system, maintaining timely follow-ups and resolutions

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships
Proficiency in using multiple browsers and handling email correspondence
Familiarity with basic Excel functions and data management
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
