Summary :
- The Cybersecurity Cloud Resilience Pod Onboarding Project Manager will be responsible for leading the detailed planning and execution to migrate and onboard applications to a cloud-based resilience pod.
- The primary goal is to enhance the organization's cyber resilience and reduce risks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget. This role will require exceptional leadership, detailed planning for each application onboarding, driving cross functional execution and a strong executive presence and communication skills.
- The responsibilities will include project governance, resource management, risk assessment, and the orchestration of cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, budgets and goals are met efficiently.
Project Leadership and Delivery :
Direct the end-to-end planning, execution and monitoring of applications including strategy development, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and achievements to ensure alignment and support.Application Onboarding :
Oversee the onboarding of applications and data objects to cloud resilience platforms including validation, automation and integration testing.Drive Risk Assessment and Mitigation :
Cultivate a proactive approach to risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with cybersecurity projects. Ensure that risk management practices are integrated into program planning and execution.Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for specific Cybersecurity projects fostering strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, compliance, and external vendors. Lead change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and communication plans to promote successful application onboarding.Resource & Budget Management :
Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, track expenditures, and report on project financials to leadership.Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) :
Education / Training :
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) in relevant disciplines are preferred.Business Experience :
10+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity project managementEffective leadership, training and presentation skills, and experience in leading multiple, highly diverse teams to achieve results.Specialized Knowledge / Skills :
Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management.Strong knowledge of the NIST / NICE framework and its application in cybersecurity program management.Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments; adjusts plans as needed to meet evolving business needs.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong management skills planning, organizing, leading, and measuring service driven teams.Ability to exercise and mentor others on good professional judgment and security related ethics.
