What You'll Do As a Field Sales Manager, you'll be accountable for achieving field sales objectives, managing supplier and customer relationships, and guiding a team of sales professionals toward success. You will :
- Lead, coach, and develop field sales associates to maximize performance and sales effectiveness.
- Set clear goals, monitor activity, and ensure alignment with company sales strategies and objectives.
- Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute field sales plans and budgets focused on growth, profitability, and productivity.
