Job Description

Position Overview

As a Data Engineer on Invenergy's Enterprise Analytics & AI team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing the data infrastructure that powers enterprise-wide analytics and AI solutions. This role is essential to enabling efficient, reliable, and secure access to data for business users, data scientists, and application developers. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology teams to implement modern data architecture, streamline data workflows, and support the deployment of scalable machine learning models.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with domain experts across the organization to develop data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform, and curate data from various structured and unstructured sources to support the efforts of the Enterprise Business Analysts and Data Scientists.
• Build and optimize data architecture and processes to support advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to ensure the availability, quality, and usability of data for modeling and reporting.
• Establish and enforce data governance, security, and privacy standards in collaboration with IT and compliance teams.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance Invenergy's enterprise data platform and analytics capabilities.
• Effectively communicate technical data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Navigate a variety of stakeholders and competing priorities. Right-size solutions based on the need and priority of the task.

Base Pay

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus : 10% - 25%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
