Day in the Life
This role involves reviewing and making decisions on new consumer account applications in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies. Responsibilities include :
Reviewing applications for CIP and funding requirements.Conducting client outreach to complete or finalize application submissions.Clearing application exceptions to onboard new clients successfully.Top Worker Priorities

The Banking Ops Specialist I supports the routine day-to-day operations of consumer and commercial banking. Under close supervision, this role performs low-risk administrative and transactional banking tasks in line with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Answer service calls and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information.Draft daily proofs and reconciliations in compliance with corporate accounting and control policies.Process payments, tickets, and online entries, ensuring all data is accurate.Research routine customer, branch, or bank inquiries; escalate issues as needed.Review multiple sources of records when investigating customer questions.Enter transactions into CRT / PC systems and balance general ledger accounts.Safeguard and control work in accordance with banking policies and procedures.Qualifications
