A company is looking for a Patient Success Advocate - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Educate customers on the features and benefits of technology products and services to enhance their usage
Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure issues are resolved and gather feedback on their experience
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment, preferably with Zendesk
Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system
Prior experience in a metrics-driven position and working with Medicare patients
Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
