Position : Moving Brokerage Sales Closer

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL (on-site)

Shift Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (with additional overtime from home as needed)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and close high-ticket moving brokerage sales from inbound leads — no cold calling required
  • Utilize Granot CRM to track and manage all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets within a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Maintain full-time, in-office attendance and be available for overtime work from home when necessary

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven record of success
  • Background in moving brokerage sales preferred
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and financially driven to exceed goals
  • Ability to commute to or relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Straight commission structure : Earn 25%–35% commission based on individual performance
  • Average weekly earnings : $1,000 to $4,000+
