Are you a visionary leader passionate about empowering the next generation and creating systemic change in health education? HealthCorps is seeking a dynamic Director of Programs to join our team. This is a single position that may be based in one of our five southern hub cities : Houston, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, Ada, OK, Palm Beach / Fort Lauderdale, FL . The Director of Programs will oversee a portfolio of sites and provide leadership to regional staff, with the exact region finalized once the strongest candidate is selected. This role is a critical driver of HealthCorps’ mission to expand access to innovative, community-wide wellness programming.

Where You Fit In
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee and support 4-6 Regional Program Managers across multiple cities, driving program excellence, community engagement, and sustainable impact in our school-based wellness programming. You'll be instrumental in building relationships at the district and funder level while ensuring our programs reach their full potential through exceptional team leadership and strategic partnerships.
As Director of Programs, you will serve as a catalyst for maximizing impact in existing programs while supporting strategic growth opportunities, working collaboratively with a national team of directors to scale HealthCorps' proven school-based programming model while maintaining local relevance and community connection.

Competitive Salary
This is a full-time, salaried position and you will be offered a comprehensive benefits package. Yearly compensation for the role ranges from $60,000-$70,000 depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location. While this is currently the solo position in Development, it is performance-driven with room for growth.
Remote Oppurtunity with Occasional Travel
You will be a remote employee. Preference given to employees that live in one of our hub areas : Houston, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, Ada, OK, Palm Beach / Fort Lauderdale, FL . Position may require some evening hours. Anticipate occasional overnight travel throughout the year.
