Job Title : Inventory / Cherry Picker Operator

Location : Distribution Facility

Shift : 1st Shift (6am – 6 : 30pm)

Pay Rate : $23.00 per hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Inventory / Cherry Picker Truck Operator to join our distribution facility team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely operate a reach truck to load, unload, move, and stage products and materials.

Accurately pick and put away items according to order and inventory requirements.

Perform routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure proper operation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications :

Previous experience operating a reach truck or similar equipment is preferred.

Valid forklift or reach truck certification (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
