Job Summary :

The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that orders are accurate, presented well, and delivered in a timely manner. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service during meal periods, assisting in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your role is essential in ensuring guests have a seamless dining experience by ensuring the efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the table.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Delivery :

Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area promptly and accurately, ensuring that each item matches the guest's order.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and address any order discrepancies or special requests.

Clear empty plates and utensils from tables as guests finish their meals, assisting with the resetting of tables for the next guests.

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the handling and delivery of food and beverages.

Assist kitchen staff with organizing and arranging food items for delivery to guests.
