People Systems Manager
Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is seeking a People Systems Manager to serve as the hands-on technical expert and AI innovation lead for our People technology ecosystem. This role combines deep systems expertise with a passion for exploring how AI and automation can transform the employee experience. You will manage and enhance systems including Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, Lattice, Qualtrics, AllVoices, and Jira, while leading the strategy, deployment, and adoption of AI-driven tools that power People Operations at scale. You'll help design and implement intelligent workflows from predictive analytics and data modeling to a conversational AI Slack bot that assists employees in real time. This is a role for someone who thrives on building, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible at the intersection of people and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner and SME for FBG's People Systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Greenhouse ATS, Lattice, Qualtrics, AllVoices, Jira, etc.).
- Lead the introduction and integration of AI tools across the People ecosystem including chatbots, predictive analytics, generative AI for knowledge management, and intelligent automation.
- Configure and customize workflows, roles, and permissions within core systems.
- Build and maintain integrations between People systems and other enterprise platforms (via APIs, middleware, or vendor connectors), in collaboration with IT and Security.
- Partner with the People Analytics team to develop AI-driven dashboards and insights for workforce planning, turnover prediction, and engagement trends.
- Execute new tool implementations (ATS, project management, position management, People analytics), managing setup, testing, and rollout.
- Design and maintain automations that streamline People Operations (e.g., onboarding flows, ticket routing, data syncs).
- Co-lead the build and ongoing improvement of the AI-powered Slack Bot, ensuring integration with People data, knowledge bases, and ticketing systems.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI and HR tech trends, assess potential applications, and lead pilot programs to test new technologies.
- Create documentation, training, and best practices to drive adoption and responsible use of AI across the People team.
Ideal Qualifications
5+ years in HRIS / People Systems administration, with strong technical and data expertise.Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Oracle HCM and / or Greenhouse ATS; experience with Lattice, Qualtrics, AllVoices, and Jira is a plus.Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.Experience with automation and workflow platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar).Familiarity with AI tools such as chatbots, generative AI platforms, predictive analytics, or AI workflow automation.Strong data skills SQL, scripting, or data modeling a plus.Strategic mindset and curiosity about how AI can elevate employee experience, process efficiency, and People insights.Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating as a hands-on IC.Why Join Us
