Business Development Executive – Roofing Repair Services (Remote)

Live in the North East

About the Role

We are seeking a highly connected Business Development Executive with proven experience in the manufacturing and food distribution industries . MUST have strong book of business in multiple large companies in the manufacturing or food industry. This role is focused on expanding our presence in the warehouse and distribution center market by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and winning large-scale repair service contracts.

The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in business development but also bring a deep network of contacts across manufacturing and distribution organizations, allowing them to open doors and build partnerships quickly.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure contracts with manufacturing and food distribution companies.

Leverage industry connections and associations to generate new opportunities across the Eastern United States.

Lead the bidding and proposal process, ensuring competitive, well-positioned submissions.

Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in the warehouse and distribution sectors.

Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine business strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or consulting within the manufacturing industry .

Established network of contacts in manufacturing and / or food distribution.

Experience winning large-scale contracts, particularly in facility repair or building services, is strongly preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with travel as needed to industry events and client sites.

Compensation

Competitive base salary (negotiable based on experience).

Performance-based bonus and commission opportunities.

Remote position, focused on clients across the Eastern United States .
