Maintain a structured schedule with standard daytime hours, Monday-Thursday (negotiable for 4 or 5 days per week), with 8 dedicated hours for patient visits and 2 additional hours for administrative tasks and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical examination, and review of medical records.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Provide ongoing patient education and support to manage chronic conditions and promote preventive care.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and referring physicians, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the EPIC electronic medical records system.

Qualifications for Success :

Current board certification in Internal Medicine is mandatory.
