Fresh off a $12M seed round led by Peter Sonsini (early investor in Databricks and Perplexity), with backing from Mistral's CEO, Meta's Llama team, and AWS leadership, we're scaling rapidly with Global 2000 enterprises across technology, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and telecommunications. In just 4 weeks with our GTM team, we've built a $1M+ ARR pipeline.

As our Principal Solutions Architect, you'll become a senior customer-deployed technical face of the company. You'll be working under the direction of our Co-Founder / CTO to scale up this work. This isn't just another solutions architect role—you'll be building the Solutions Architect function from the ground up, establishing thought leadership in the vibrant AI ecosystem, and directly shaping how the world's largest organizations deploy production AI agents at scale.

Important : Like all team members at Arcade, you'll wear multiple hats in this high-growth startup environment. Beyond technical leadership and customer engagement, we expect you to be an active voice in the AI community through speaking engagements, social media presence, content creation, and developer evangelism.

The Opportunity

As our Solutions Architect , you'll wear multiple hats in this high-impact role :

Technical Visionary : Lead enterprise architecture decisions for production AI agent deployments, designing solutions that solve authentication, integration complexity, and operational visibility challenges that prevent AI from taking real-world actions

Customer Champion : Build deep relationships with AI / ML leaders and CTOs at Global 2000 enterprises, understanding their agent deployment challenges and crafting secure, compliant solutions using our platform

Community Leader & Evangelist : Actively represent Arcade.dev across multiple channels—speaking at industry conferences and meetups, maintaining a strong social media presence, writing technical blog posts, participating in podcasts, and creating thought leadership content that establishes our position in AI agent infrastructure

Hands-On Builder : Continue coding and building solutions directly with customers—helping them navigate complex tool-calling architectures, MCP implementations, and enterprise security requirements. Build agents for Arcade along the way.

What You Bring

Must Haves

6+ years of enterprise architecture experience with proven track record of designing systems that handle complex authentication, authorization, and integration challenges at scale

Deep AI / ML expertise including hands-on experience with LLMs, tool-calling / function-calling, agent frameworks, and production AI system deployment

Understanding of modern protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol), OAuth flows, API security, and enterprise integration patterns

Enterprise domain knowledge with understanding of compliance requirements (SOC2, PCI), security frameworks, and complex organizational structures

Active coding ability in modern languages (e.g. python & go) and frameworks (langchain, OpenAI Agents, etc)—you still love to build and aren't afraid to implement custom integrations and tools

Proven public speaking and content creation experience with comfort presenting at conferences, writing technical blogs, participating in podcasts, and maintaining an active professional social media presence

Community engagement track record demonstrating ability to build thought leadership through various mediums and contribute to developer / enterprise communities

Presence in major tech hubs with strong connections in the local AI, security, and enterprise tech communities (SF Bay Area, New York, or Austin) - you will be traveling

Customer-facing experience in solutions architecture, technical sales, or consulting roles with Global 2000 enterprise clients

Nice to Haves

Previous Principal Solutions Architect or similar experience at a high-growth AI or infrastructure company

Strong personal brand with existing social media following in AI / enterprise tech and track record of viral technical content

Community leadership experience such as organizing meetups, running developer communities, or hosting technical podcasts

Content creation expertise including technical writing, video production, or other thought leadership mediums

Identity and authentication expertise with deep knowledge of OAuth, SAML, enterprise SSO, and zero-trust security models

Agent framework experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or other AI agent development platforms

Experience with integration platforms like Zapier, MuleSoft, or Workato

Enterprise security background with understanding of CISO requirements and compliance frameworks

Startup scaling experience with understanding of how to build and scale technical functions from 0 to 1

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
