We are seeking an experienced Director of Engagement and Marketing Operations to lead our effort to drive utilization of OneImaging's services within our growing eligible member population. This role will be a pivotal member of the team, responsible for building and leading an Engagement and Marketing Operations team that works with Customer Success, Member Services, and Product / Engineering teams to create a world-class member experience for OneImaging. The ideal candidate will have significant experience engaging consumers with (B2C) technology, ideally in digital health, and is able to combine strong technical and creative skillsets to build a successful Engagement function.

What you'll do

• Build and lead a high performance Engagement and Marketing Operations teams, responsible for utilization of our services from first message through exam completion.
• Build a data-driven marketing machine that leverages data, automation, and other tools to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns within and across customers at scale
• Work with our product and technology team to develop and implement robust marketing operations infrastructure that integrates with our tech stack.
• Leverage healthcare data such as eligibility files, prior authorization feeds, and claims data to identify targeted marketing strategies that drive Utilization Rate
• Partner closely with customer and member services teams to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and execution
• Continuously iterate on creative ideas, utilizing data to refine and enhance engagement strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas and best practices to OneImaging's marketing efforts.
