Make outbound calls to collect on past-due cable accounts Provide bilingual customer service in both English and Spanish Adhere to call scripts and compliance standards for collections Document customer interactions accurately and in detail Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex account issues Standard call center phone systems Internal collections database (CRM) Microsoft Outlook and Excel for documentation

- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- GREAT job stability (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)
- NO delinquent cable bills
- MUST have a Valid TX DL
- Background Check (NO FELONIES)
- GREAT attention to detail and very meticulous!
- HS Diploma / GED
- Good attendance
- Self-starter and take direction well
