Handle filing of permits and other required documentation to support field operations. Call for utility locates and maintain records of confirmations. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping. Act as a point of contact for vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding billing or administrative inquiries. Maintain accurate logs, prepare reports, and assist management with project tracking. Flexibly support leadership and office staff in various administrative functions. Qualifications Experience using Service Titan Previous administrative or office management experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficient with computers, billing software, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
