Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure is a must.
• A decade of engineering experience post-graduation or as a licensed engineer.
• Experience using Revit and AutoCAD software for structural systems design and documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of structural engineering techniques such as vibration analysis and composites.
• Proven leadership in guiding engineering teams and nurturing junior talent.
• Success in steering multi-disciplinary design projects and fostering client relationships.
• Experience with integrated design workflows and adherence to sustainable design standards.
