Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Job Details Assignment Type : Travel healthcare job Location : Portland, Oregon – Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital Setting : Cardiac Catheterization Lab Start Date : October 27, 2025 End Date : January 26, 2026 Duration : 13-week contract Shift : 4x10 hour days (Monday–Friday, 07 : 00 – 17 : 30) Call : 1 weeknight per week & 1 weekend every 3–4 weeks Hours per Week : 40 Openings : 3 Cath Lab Tech positions Parking : Free in any unrestricted space Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,690–$2,890 per week CT / Rad Tech Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist, preferably in a Cath Lab or Angiography setting Scrub experience required; must be able to function as 1st assistant to operator Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, and OBMI (Oregon state radiologic technologist license) Proficiency with cardiac interventions and equipment : OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, drug-coated balloons, CTO equipment, Impella, IABP, and Manifold Ability to float within the hospital and across the health system as needed Successful completion of assigned education modules within one week of assignment No felony background; professional references required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of any Legacy Health facility Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Responsibilities Assist with complex cardiac procedures, including left and right heart catheterizations, stent and balloon preparation / deployment, and pericardiocentesis Set up and operate advanced imaging and interventional radiology equipment Maintain sterile field and scrub for cardiac cath lab procedures Stock supplies and ensure procedure rooms are ready for patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality clinical support Participate in scheduled call rotation Float to other units within the facility as required Complete all required documentation and compliance modules Apply now to join our Portland, Oregon healthcare team as a Cardiac Cath Lab CT / Radiologic Technologist and take the next step in your allied health career!
