Strategic Programs Leader

A company is looking for a Strategic Programs Leader (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

Lead program management for a portfolio of products generating over $50 billion in annual sales

Drive and deliver large-scale strategic programs with strong governance and prioritization

Coach and guide a matrix team of Program Managers to ensure excellence in execution and performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences with a minimum of 15 years of program leadership experience

Extensive expertise in leadership, transformation, and program management at a senior enterprise level

Proven success in managing large, global teams and understanding the end-to-end manufacturing value chain

Experience in delivering organizational-level change and major procurement programs

Strong ability for strategic analysis and translating opportunities into execution plans
