Overview
This position will lead and mentor the Engineering department, managing the function for the organization. The role is responsible for designing engineering programs from initial concept phases to launch, while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maximize efficiencies and achieve capacity requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement for the most effective use of resources and drive improvement in product quality
- Manage the prototypes and testing to meet customer requirements
- Engage with suppliers for development support when necessary
