Construction Manager

TEKsystems is seeking a Construction Project Specialist to support a two-phase site development initiative. This role involves hands-on coordination of permitting, infrastructure installation, equipment setup, and final commissioning. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom, electrical construction, and site development, with strong project management capabilities. This is doing a Retrofit construction project in Seattle and we are looking for someone who could manage the Critical Facility build out.

• Phase 1 Responsibilities :
• Mobilize to site and manage permit acquisition
• Perform IR scanning and utility locating
• Transport and set OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) equipment
• Install vault and duct bank infrastructure
• Execute concrete work : grade beams, footings, stem walls, slab on grade
• Pour concrete vaults
• Order HM door frames and hardware
• Roofing and sheet metal installation
• Install new doors, frames, and hardware
• Manage underground electrical work
• Oversee waste management and temporary equipment labeling
• Phase 2 Responsibilities :
• Install, terminate, and test rental generators
• Complete duct bank installation
• Cutover building to temporary power
• Remove existing generators
• Pour new concrete pad and place new generators and electrical gear
• Support commissioning, IR testing, and startup of OFCI equipment (performed by third party)
• Perform patching, painting, and casework
• Execute asphalt paving
• Finalize electrical terminations and fuel generators
• Complete final equipment labeling
• De-mobilize and conduct final site cleaning
• Provide closeout documentation and asset management support

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 / hr.
