BLS certification required.

Schedule Information

Contract is 13 weeks.

Shifts : 0630-1900, 1830-0700.

Weekend Requirement : As needed.

Holiday Requirement : As needed.

No Call or Standby requirement.

Floating Requirements : PCU or Burn.

Unit Specific Information

Scrub Color / Dress Code : Navy blue.

Additional Details

Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Medical, surgical, and orthopedics.

Charge Nurse on each shift, does not take an assignment.

RT available 24 hours on the floor.

Tele on the floor with a centralized Tele station.

Nurse aids / patient care techs on this unit with a ratio of 1 : 10-12.

First week is classroom and then 2-12 hour shifts on the floor.

Radius Rule : 50 miles; candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit.
