We’re seeking a Senior Superintendent to join our team in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas , managing mission-critical and data center projects — and we’re offering a full relocation package for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for large electrical construction projects.
• Supervise Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to ensure quality and productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and site-specific compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
• Manage labor, materials, equipment logistics, and project progress.
• Support project management with change orders, cost tracking, and billing updates.
• Foster strong communication, accountability, and teamwork on-site.
