GENERAL SUMMARY :

  • Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Monitor feed sampling.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
  • Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.
  • Match feed delivery tickets, etc.

    • SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
  • Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and / or disciplinary actions.

    • EDUCATION :

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

    • EXPERIENCE :
