Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Acquisition Director to own and accelerate the growth of Buffini’s training products, including flagship programs like 100 Days to Greatness and Certified Full-Service Professional . This role is responsible for designing and executing customer acquisition strategies that connect agents, brokers and teams with the training systems that will transform their business. The right candidate will be both analytical and creative, combining data-driven performance marketing with compelling storytelling that inspires professionals to invest in their growth.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed)

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition for Buffini training products (email, paid media, digital, social, partnerships, events).
  • Collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to build campaigns that highlight the unique value of Buffini training and generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize funnel performance, from awareness through conversion, using analytics and A / B testing to improve ROI.
  • Identify and manage external partners, vendors and channels that can expand reach and acquisition.
  • Track, analyze and report on KPIs to leadership, ensuring acquisition goals are met or exceeded.
  • Support product launches, promotions and campaigns with strong go-to-market execution.
  • Partner with the coaching and events teams to integrate training promotion into Buffini’s broader ecosystem.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, product marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of creating and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for crafting persuasive, human-centered messaging.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or professional training / education products is a plus.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution.
