Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer staffing and recruiting programs
Manage the recruiting process and ensure compliance with laws
Source, attract, and pre-screen qualified candidates while coordinating employment advertising campaigns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in recruiting and staffing
Knowledge and experience using AI to support the recruiting life cycle
Ability to handle complex issues and apply new information quickly
Subject matter expertise in one discipline with developing knowledge in adjacent fields
