3-Month Contract | Fully Onsite | Monday - Friday | 7AM - 4PM or 8AM - 5PM
About the Role
BioPhase is hiring a Document Control Assistant for a biotech company in San Diego. This role is responsible for scanning, organizing, and managing quality records within the company's document control system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, upload, and maintain quality records in the document control system.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of documents per SOPs.
- Retrieve and archive documents following company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support documentation needs.
- Assist with document tracking, storage, and compliance audits.
