We're a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Dallas, looking for an experienced, client-focused Helpdesk Technician (Level 1.5–2) who already knows their way around Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and basic networking.
This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for someone who can jump into real-world issues and solve them confidently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting clients remotely and on-site across M365, Windows, networking, etc.
- Troubleshooting firewalls (SonicWall / WatchGuard), Hyper-V VMs, and shared drives
- Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 accounts, mailboxes, and policies
- Basic server tasks : GPO, AD user / group management, RDP setup, etc.
- Working with ConnectWise Manage & Automate
- Delivering great customer service with strong documentation
- SonicWall or WatchGuard basic configuration
- Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, printing, and endpoint issues
