Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a reputable outpatient clinic in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will provide personalized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities. You’ll be part of a dedicated care team focused on improving patients’ functional mobility and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician prescriptions.
  • Administer physical therapy interventions and monitor patient responses.
  • Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain records in compliance with state and facility standards.
  • Participate in educational initiatives and new program development.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Engage in clinical instruction, attend departmental meetings, and pursue continuing education.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required).
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Current BLS or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire).
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and communication).
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience preferred.

  • Gait Training
  • Orthopedic Physical Therapy
  • Human Anatomy and Physiology
  • Patient Assessment and Therapeutic Exercise
  • Pain Management and Cardiovascular Fitness

    • Schedule & Hours :

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8- or 10-hour shifts available
  • 40 guaranteed hours / week
  • Weekend rotation for inpatient coverage may apply
