District Manager
District managers are sought to oversee all general manager duties across multiple locations. This role involves ensuring timely openings, staffing, and performance management. Key responsibilities include KPI tracking, daily recap emails, handling claims and customer complaints, and managing payroll and social media. The position emphasizes leadership, accountability, and customer service excellence.
Expectations include working 50 hours a week, building a motivated team, increasing sales and profitability, and ensuring a positive customer and employee experience. Strengths needed include leadership, self-motivation, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
The primary focus should be on delivering a great experience for employees and customers, recruiting and staffing for growth, enforcing procedures, and meeting KPIs. The secondary focus includes facility maintenance, curb appeal, fleet account management, and online training completion.
When the job is done well, the positive impacts are profitability and growth for the company, increased job security and opportunities for teammates, and better service for customers. Conversely, when the job is not done well, the negative impacts include lost business, decreased customer counts, employee turnover, and a less enjoyable work environment for teammates and customers.
Compensation : $70,000.00 per year
