Escrow Officer

Job Description

SNI Companies is partnered with a rapidly growing company in Austin, TX , to hire a full-time Escrow Officer ! This is an exciting on-site opportunity to join a thriving organization with a strong national footprint in 35+ markets —and growing!

Principle Duties :

• Escrow Management : Oversee the escrow process from start to finish, including preparing Closing Disclosures and ATLA Settlement Statements according to CFPB / TRID and RESPA guidelines.
• Document Review : Thoroughly review and manage documents such as surveys, sale contracts, preliminary title reports, and loan documents. Pipeline and Title Coordination : Open pipeline files promptly, order necessary documents, and collaborate with the title department to address and clear title defects.
• Closing and Funding : Prepare and verify closing documents, manage the disbursement of funds, and handle recordable documents and title policy preparation.
