Candidates coming from Banking domains' like (BOA, CITI Bank, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Bank, Jefferies Etc)

Project Manager – Functional (Finance Domain)

Core Profile

  • Functional PM – more business-focused than hands-on technical.
  • Started in a technical role but transitioned into functional project management .
  • 10–12 years of experience (mid-senior, not 15+ years).
  • Hungry for work – willing to put in extra hours when needed.

    • Domain Expertise

  • Strong Financial Services background , especially :

    • Investment Banking

  • Trading
  • Asset Management

    • Skills & Responsibilities

  • Excellent client-facing skills – presentations, status updates.
  • Project tracking & delivery management :

    • Monitor timelines

  • Ensure accountability
  • Follow up on deliverables
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and drive results.

    • Work Mode & Location

  • Hybrid : 3 days / week onsite
