We are seeking a proactive and experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team at our North Kansas City office. This leadership role is essential to the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead field teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and company procedures.
• Lead and document safety initiatives, including daily toolbox talks and weekly safety meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site.
• Track and report project progress, issues, and changes using software tools such as Procore, Track, and Bid2Win.
• Prepare and update 3-month project forecasts on a monthly basis.
• Train and mentor crew members and subcontractors to ensure consistent performance and development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to foster strong working relationships.
