Accountabilities
- Exceptional customer communication by email, on the phone, and in person.
- Promote planned maintenance and building performance with customers.
- Create new and updated customer records in Vision.
- Enter planned maintenance agreements in Vision.
- Schedule planned maintenance work with customers.
- Create work orders for service calls.
- Schedule service technicians for diagnostics and repairs.
- Manage work order flows through the "RFS Complete" and "Ready to Bill Residential" queues.
- Review, complete, close, and invoice residential work orders.
- Create purchase orders for technician purchases.
- Track repair parts and schedule repair appointments when parts arrive.
- Maintain accurate after-hours schedule and share with all service team members.
- Coordinate with warehouse for needed items (load report).
- Keep dispatch boards updated.
- Assign work orders for vacation days to block schedules accordingly.
