About Our Client :

Top ENR firm, family owned & operated, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! Primarily work on large-scale academic & healthcare projects in CT - also do government, municipal, public, and industrial projects. Generally, will be a combo of on-site / in-office, some jobs 100% onsite.

In business over 100 years, headquartered out of CT, second office in Providence RI. DO NOT hire on a project-to-project basis, very clear they won't hire without the ability to keep them on! They really are looking for people who are eager and excited to be there. They don't want someone that is looking for a three-year stepping stone before moving on to something else. Because of the work and projects that they do, their work is recession-proof. It was the only industry that flourished during the crash in '08 because they are doing federal-funded work. Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for :

  • Running projects from start through completion on time & within budget
  • Responsible for scheduling & project financials currently
  • Leading / Taking ownership of the project they are on
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
  • Upholding company image / professionalism
  • Must be able to commutable to project sites throughout CT

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :
