What You'll Do
As the Bakery Manager at our West Milwaukee facility, you'll lead a multi-shift, multi-platform bakery operation to meet Palermo's standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Your role will be vital in guiding production, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include :
Where you'll work
You'll initially work at our Canal Street location until our new West Milwaukee facility opens. At Canal Street, you'll be hands-on in supporting bakery operations while preparing to transition to the West Milwaukee facility, where you'll lead a team dedicated to maintaining Palermo's high standards of quality and efficiency.
When you'll work
This is a full-time, exempt position. Your hours will align with the demands of a three-shift operation to support production schedules and operational goals.
