As an Operations Manager you, will oversee the daily scheduling and deployment of company resources to meet customer needs with a strong emphasis on safety, asset utilization, and cost efficiency. Your Responsibilities :
Ensure drivers and technicians are properly trained and equipped to perform safely and effectivelyAddress concerns related to safety, operational efficiency, and customer satisfactionCreate individual training plans to develop cross-functional skills across the teamOptimize daily scheduling and resource allocation to maximize equipment use and maintain service excellenceUphold compliance with Hours of Work regulations while ensuring employee well-beingAssign appropriate equipment based on jurisdictional and job-specific requirementsManage incident reporting through Site Safe, conducting thorough investigations as neededYour Skills :
