Engineer Associate

Our client, a leader in the electrical distribution industry, is seeking an Engineer Associate to join their team. As an Engineer Associate, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting electrical distribution system improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Engineer Associate Location : Benton Harbor, MI Pay Range : 32.14 What's the Job? Perform engineering studies and detailed project scoping related to electrical distribution system enhancements. Assist in applying engineering knowledge to solve well-defined problems under supervision. Support higher-level engineers by handling routine tasks and analyses. Contribute to the development of technical reports and documentation. Coordinate work activities and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent. Familiarity with standards, codes, and regulations relevant to electrical engineering. Basic understanding of engineering principles and equipment used in electrical distribution systems. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
