Ability to build effective relationships with staff, providers, patients, and external customers. Medical office experience is preferred. Familiarity with medical practice management and electronic medical records systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision. Experience with personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Word. Training in addressing the special needs of patients of various ages is beneficial.

Primary Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Secondary Shift : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
About the Role
As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care under the guidance of our Practice Supervisor, Ambulatory RN, or other licensed providers. Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing patient flow to support physicians, ensuring efficient use of their time and minimizing wait times.
- Performing operational and quality / risk management duties in accordance with regulations and protocols.
- Utilizing independent judgment to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and practices effectively.
