Data Center Material Handler | Mesa, AZ

Nexeo HR is seeking a detail-driven Material Handler to join a fast-paced, high-tech logistics team at a state-of-the-art data center in Mesa, AZ. If you have experience in warehouse logistics, inventory control, or tech hardware handling, this is your opportunity to work for a global leader in logistics and supply chain management.

This is a long-term opportunity with internal advancement available. Employees hired permanently receive a $1 / hour raise and are considered for leadership and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

Load / unload inbound and outbound freight, ensuring documentation accuracy

Assemble and install server components, cabling, and hardware per schematics

Use laser measuring tools to place and align server racks

Conduct inventory counts, manage stock levels, and update inventory systems

Pack, label, and prepare tech equipment for shipment

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in accordance with 5S and safety standards

Safely operate material handling equipment including electric pallet jacks and RF scanners

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material shortages and track shipments

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or data center logistics

Tech-savvy with the ability to follow technical diagrams and inventory software

Experience using RF scanners, Excel, and digital tools for tracking

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Able to lift 50100+ lbs and work 10-hour shifts on your feet

Reliable attendance and dependable transportation to worksite

High school diploma or GED required

Must pass a 10-year national background check and drug screening (completed within 24 hours of offer)

Pay

$19.50 - $20.50 Per Hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 6 : 00am - 5 : 00pm | Saturdays from either 6 : 00am-5 : 00pm OR 9 : 00am-8 : 00pm

• Must be willing & available to work OT on weekdays & Saturdays as needed
