Crew's Expectations :

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring all Crew Carwash locations and support offices are maintained to service industry leading standards. This role focuses on facility-related systems, including building repairs, signage, site lighting, HVAC, interior finishing, bathrooms, landscaping, and related assets through effective coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. By proactively managing facilities and a drive for excellence, the Facilities Manager ensures a service industry leading experience for all Crew Customers and Team Members.

Crew's Requirements :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facilities Manager
  • Multi-site vendor coordination experience
  • Proven success managing contractors / vendors across multiple trades
  • Success in building strong partners with internal and external teams
  • Project management experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Working knowledge of building and mechanical systems
  • High level of human relations and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and quality standards
  • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
