We're seeking a skilled Broadcast Producer to assist with the planning and production of live and pre-recorded radio shows. The ideal candidate will have experience operating technical audio equipment, podcast production and editing, and audio and video editing.

Responsibilities : Operate technical audio equipment and board operate live shows

Podcast production and editing

Audio and video editing

Assist with time-keeping, saving show recordings, archiving show files, and post-production editing

Generate original ideas and encourage ideation from others

Follow pop culture stories and artist information

Research information, obtain materials, and assist with contacting and scheduling guests

Requirements : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Creative mindset with the ability to formulate and communicate original ideas

Excellent writing and storytelling skills

Knowledge of the radio market, different station / program styles, and audience demographics

Experience using a variety of recording equipment and operating a radio studio
